LIKE A KID IN A CANDY STORE
PACIFIC TRIMMING for twill tape, rivets, tack buttons, and bias tape.
B&J FABRICS for an organic raw denim. Its super thin, has a tiny bit of a sheen to it, and was hella expensive. I only go to B&J when I’ve got some extra dough to spend.
MOOD for epic amounts of browsing time, though I didn’t find what I was looking for! I wanted floral denim with a little stretch, and I would have settled for any type of heavier floral material. Here’s what I got instead: 2 yards of black poplin with a beautiful ornate lacy sort of stitching, two yards of plain black poplin, and 2 yards of medium-weight denim with a slightly green hugh.
STRETCH HOUSE, INC for 7 yards heather gray cotton jersey. This place is my go-to for all booty-shorts supplies. Everything’s a bargain, their stock is great, and its never crowded, so help is always by your side.
SIL THREAD for two rolls black denim thread, two rolls soft poly thread for jersey, a new chacu pen since mine has disappeared, new thread clippers, three rolls polyester all purpose thread in two shades of black, one roll top stitching thread in gray, and an 18” ruler which I’ve needed for 2 years.
